From the sidelines of the NFL as the Head Team Medical Physician for the Atlanta Falcons to managing sports injuries for the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream and the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks, Dr. Mines has treated elite athletes across the nation. Nadine Mines
Founder & CEO
Nadine Mines is a dynamic entrepreneur and the visionary Founder and CEO of Concierge Sports & Family Health. Her journey into the specialized field of sports medicine began in 2003 when she inspired her close friend, Dr. Byron Patterson, to embark on a new venture in private practice. Together, they founded Primary Care Sports Medicine (PCSM) in Tarzana, California, which has grown into a premier sports medicine powerhouse serving the San Fernando Valley and beyond.
In 2007, Nadine embraced a new challenge at Private Health Management, a burgeoning concierge medical practice. During her early years there, she wore many hats—serving as an executive/personal assistant, IT/Office Manager, and Clinical Care Coordinator. In this multifaceted role, she expertly managed clients' healthcare needs, handling everything from coordinating appointments to accompanying them to specialist visits, all while ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
Nadine's journey took a significant turn in 2012 when she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where she reconnected with Dr. Brandon Mines, a Family and Sports Medicine Physician she had first been introduced to years earlier by Dr. Patterson. After a romantic relationship that began in 2003 and nearly a decade-long separation, Nadine and Dr. Mines married in 2014. Today, they are proud parents to three young boys.
In May 2024, following Dr. Mines' departure from Emory, Nadine seized the opportunity to combine their expertise and launch their own concierge medical practice. Drawing on her deep-rooted passion for sports medicine and the high-level care model she mastered at Private Health, Nadine is dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare solutions that prioritize the well-being of families and athletes. Her unique blend of experience, dedication, and compassion has positioned Concierge Sports & Family Health as a leader in the field, making a lasting impact on the communities they serve.


Scottie Parker
Scottie Parker, owner of High Performance Humans, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience as an athletic trainer in both the NBA and NFL. Specializing in optimizing health and performance for athletes, executives, and health-conscious individuals, Scottie brings his expertise to Concierge Sports & Family Health through a unique partnership that bridges medical care and lifestyle coaching.
Scottie collaborates closely with Dr. Brandon Mines to design comprehensive, individualized health and fitness plans for each patient. While Dr. Mines oversees medical consultations, including health history reviews, lab work, and DEXA scan analysis, Scottie complements this with advanced VO2 max and strength testing, DEXA result interpretation, and personalized strategies for nutrition, recovery, and performance enhancement. Together, they ensure every patient follows a tailored path to achieve peak health and sustainable wellness.
With a focus on holistic health strategies, Scottie’s approach combines strength training, conditioning, injury rehabilitation, and lifestyle coaching on key factors such as sleep, nutrition, and recovery. His science-backed methods not only enhance athletic performance but also promote long-term well-being, healthy longevity, and improved quality of life.
